SideArc is a product of MekongApps. We want you to be completely satisfied with SideArc. If you're not happy with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email us at support@mekongapps.com with:
- The email address used during purchase
- Your reason for requesting a refund (optional, but helps us improve)
We aim to respond to refund and support requests within 3 business days.
Processing
Payments are processed through Creem, our payment provider and merchant-of-record partner. Once a refund is approved, the refund timeline depends on the original payment method and financial institution.
After a Refund
Once a refund is processed, any paid access tied to your purchase will be revoked. Your local workspace data in Chrome is not deleted automatically.
Exceptions
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that indicate abuse of this policy.
