Using Flats
Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights. You remain responsible for information you add and actions you take using the app.
Purchases
The native Pro upgrade is a one-time in-app purchase through Apple, not a recurring subscription. Apple displays the final localized price before confirmation. Pro unlocks only the features described on the purchase screen. Restore purchases using the same Apple Account. Refund requests are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Deleting local data or your app account does not automatically refund a purchase.
Service limits
Features depend on your device, permissions, connectivity and third-party availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the service, but these terms do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
Product-specific information
Rental listings may be outdated or inaccurate. Flats is not a landlord, broker or party to your lease. Verify the property, advertiser, fees and availability before committing money. Native Pro does not include Telegram Stars benefits.

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. For support, disputes or privacy requests, contact support@mekongapps.com. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
