Using FlatsEasy
Use the app lawfully and respect other people’s privacy and intellectual-property rights. You remain responsible for information you add and actions you take using the app.
Purchases
Remove ads is a non-renewing in-app purchase through Apple. The US price is $4.99 and Apple shows the local price before you confirm. It hides ads for seven days from the purchase date and does not renew. Restoring with the same Apple Account keeps the original purchase date. All features stay free with or without it. Request refunds from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Erasing saved data does not refund a purchase.
Service limits
Features depend on your device, permissions, connectivity and third-party availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may update the service, but these terms do not remove your mandatory consumer rights.
Product-specific information
Rental listings may be outdated or inaccurate. FlatsEasy is not a landlord, broker or party to your lease. Verify the property, advertiser, fees and availability before committing money. Removing ads in the iPhone app does not carry over to the Telegram edition.

The Apple Standard End User License Agreement applies to the iOS app: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. For support, disputes or privacy requests, contact support@mekongapps.com. Applicable mandatory consumer protections continue to apply.
