Who operates the app
Flats is provided by Ivan Skorikov through Mekong Apps. Contact support@mekongapps.com about privacy or support.
Native app data
The native app does not require an account. Favorites, saved searches and named collections are stored on your device. Requests to retrieve listings and images disclose normal network information such as your IP address to the hosting services. The app does not request access to your contacts, photos or device location.
Listings and external sources
Flats displays rental information from available listing sources. Listing content may contain an advertiser’s contact details and apartment location. Images may be delivered by Convex or the original hosting service. When you open a source or contact an advertiser, you leave Flats and that service’s privacy policy applies. Email support@mekongapps.com to report inaccurate content or request removal of personal information.
Maps
The iPhone app displays listing locations using MapLibre Native with OpenFreeMap map tiles and bundled city geometry. OpenFreeMap and its delivery infrastructure receive map-tile requests and standard network information such as your IP address. Listing coordinates are not your device location; the app does not request device-location access. Directions open in Apple Maps only when you choose them.
Purchases
Apple processes native purchases. RevenueCat receives transaction/receipt information, an app user identifier, entitlement status and relevant device/store metadata to validate and restore Pro. We do not receive payment-card details. Native Pro is separate from Telegram Stars purchases.
Telegram edition
The Telegram Mini App is a separate experience. It may process your Telegram identifier and profile information, saved preferences, rental submissions, payment/support records, notification preferences, and advertising interactions when those services are enabled. Telegram handles Stars payments. Its in-app privacy and purchase notices describe that experience; a native purchase does not automatically activate Telegram benefits.
Retention and deletion
Use Settings → Erase saved data on this device to delete the native shortlist, searches and collections, or remove the app. This does not revoke or refund an Apple purchase. RevenueCat and Apple may retain transaction records for restoration, fraud prevention, accounting and legal requirements. For privacy access, correction or deletion requests, contact support@mekongapps.com. Depending on your location, additional data-protection rights may apply.
Providers and security
Convex serves listing data; OpenFreeMap supplies map tiles; Apple provides payments and external directions; RevenueCat provides purchase validation. External image/source providers receive requests when their content is viewed. Data may be processed outside your country. We do not sell your saved lists and do not use the native app for advertising tracking.
Children and updates
The app is not intended for children under 13. We may update this policy when features or data processing change; the revision date appears above.
